My artistic credo
For me, art is a gift from God, which was confirmed by an accident when I was nine years old. The last phalanx of my left little finger had to be reattached, and mysteriously, it became fully functional. After missing half a semester, I became a competition winner within a few months. This confirmation helped me overcome all obstacles.

I am very grateful to three people who played a significant role in my artistic development:
I am grateful to my mother, who was my first teacher and helped me start my career. As an excellent teacher, she opened up opportunities for me so that nothing would be a technical obstacle in the future.

Natasa Sós’s impressive expertise helped me, as a conservatory student, to consciously understand the elements of violin playing. The time we spent together also motivated me to pass on all this knowledge to the next generation as a teacher.

Under the guidance of Vilmos Szabadi, I graduated with honors from the Academy of Music, fulfilling a dream I had had since I was nine years old. Through his example, I was able to gain insight into the everyday life of a world-traveling artist and the tricks of the behind-the-scenes trade. I learned a colorful range of tools for artistic expression from him and from the international master classes of many world-famous artists.

My violin
Winning the national competition at the age of 16 not only led to an invitation to join Natasa Sós’s class, but also to a decisive encounter. It was during a spontaneous visit that I became acquainted with my wonderful instrument. My master violin, born from the hands of András Tassy and inscribed with the words “Benedizione del Dio” (God’s blessing), has matured over decades of work and remains my faithful companion to this day.

The "Healthy violinst" method
I consider playing the violin to be a very complex thing. Beyond possessing the technical tools, it is the proper use of the human body and the harmony of the spiritual world that together enable the artist to create.

In 2017, after a very difficult period, I encountered the Alexander Technique, which fundamentally changed my way of thinking. It drew my attention to the fact that, when playing an instrument, it is not enough to have the highest level of technical skill and to keep your body in constant good condition. Only the proper use of the body while playing can ensure lifelong, uninterrupted functioning. In Zoltán Hegedűs, I met a very broad-minded Alexander Technique teacher who, with his enormous knowledge and human support, has helped and continues to accompany me on my journey of discovery to this day.

In light of all these experiences, I have completely rebased the method of violin playing, which I apply both in my own playing and in my work with my students, and I feel it is my mission to share this knowledge with as many violinists and violin teachers as possible. The violin methodology based on the Alexander Technique, which has been developing for almost a decade, helps prevent and treat injuries. My Facebook page, Healthy violinist, offers an insight into the secrets of Alexander Technique-based studio work.
